Trekking independently in the impressive Colca Canyon, the second deepest in the world, is entirely possible and doesn't require an expensive tour. In this guide, I'll tell you, step by step, how you can venture solo through its trails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The trek can be done in two days, although some people prefer to take it more slowly and dedicate three days to it, adding an extra night in one of the small villages within the canyon. This depends on each person's pace and time. In my case, I did it in two days, and that's the itinerary I'm going to share with you below.<\/p>\n\n\n
